How long does delivery take?
The estimated time is 3 to 4 hours, depending on the area, availability and type of order. For special dates, we recommend scheduling in advance.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We cover Medellín and select towns in the Aburrá Valley: Envigado, Sabaneta, Itagüí, Bello, La Estrella and Caldas. See the delivery areas page for more details.
Can I personalize the gift?
Yes. You can add a name ribbon, a printed balloon, a message card and choose the bouquet size (12, 24 or 50 roses) where applicable.
Can I send a gift from another city or country?
Yes. Many of our customers order from outside Medellín or from abroad to surprise someone in the Aburrá Valley. We can support you on WhatsApp throughout the whole process.
How can I pay?
